An interactive web based guided experience was built by S5D to assist in selling products at big-box retail stores. Without sales associates at each of the 550 retail stores nationwide, S5D’s scalable solution enhances the shopping experience and increases conversion.

The experience is comprised of an on-screen virtual assistant that guides the shopper towards choosing the right product using AR and generative AI. The recommendation process is based on business logic and a decision tree that was developed with the manufacturer. Enhanced analytics help the manufacturer track success, measure ROI, and optimize the experience.
